Why I need a home inspection?
A home inspection is a top to bottom, inside and outside visual examination. Approximately two out of five resale homes will have at least one major defect when they go on the market. These defects are rarely observed by the buyer. They are often unknown even to the seller.
You will want to be present during the inspection. This will give you an opportunity to get answer to all your questions. The utilities need to be connected and the inspection will take 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 hours.
